If you want to join the
affiliate, it must be very good inspite of its layout and web
graphics. The founder and co-founders must be very picky to choose
its member affiliate. If you are an old member of Pinoy X-Philes
club and you have a website, you have the chance to be a member of
this affiliate.

The Pinoy X-Philes Affiliates, if you became a part of the Milagro -
Philippines which is our Digital Art Making. X-Philes who loves to
make collages and manipulations. Have an enough knowledge in HTML,
Photoshop, and Corel. You will have the chance to be given a
free space (sorry it's VERY limited)
